CHMI through EHPI Development Corp. is also undertaking the development of Pacific Hill, its second 5-hectare phase in Baranggay Palo-Alto, Calamba. The project offers 610 low cost housing units. It caters to the low to middle-income groups and the continuously growing overseas Filipino contract workers.

Pacific Hill homeowners will enjoy the following features: a landscaped entrance gate and guardhouse; landscaped parks and play area, basketball court and multi-purpose hall, and its own elevated water tank. Homeowners should also not fret about security because the subdivision will have well-lighted streets, a perimeter fence and 24-hour security. Pacific Hill will be under the Company’s Property Management group to assist the homeowners in maintaining the quality of their subdivision.

To date, land development is 100% complete and 78% of the housing units are in different stages of completion. Ninety percent (90%) of the units have also been sold.
