Corporate Holdings Management, Inc. was incorporated in November 1984. The company was established primarily as an investment banking company, with loan syndication as its major service line. In loan syndication, financing packages are arranged for projects, which have been studied and found viable by the Company. When it started in the 1980’s, commercial rates were too high and the Company concentrated on specialized lending facilities for small and medium-scale projects.
