It was able to fuse the need of banks that need to boost their consumer-lending portfolio at lesser risks compared to traditional real estate mortgage with developers who wish to liquefy its receivables and augment funds availability.

CHMI provides service to private banks by conducting its own due diligence on both the developers and their buyers. This service coupled with Mr. Gonzales’ exposure in the real estate industry gives banks the guarantee that they are only dealing with legitimate developers with good projects. Through CTS Origination, banks are able to increase its consumer-lending portfolio not only at lesser risks but at lesser costs as well.

CHMI started its CTS Origination services with Maybank Philippines, Inc. in the Year 2000. The company was also engaged by Chinatrust Phils. and Equitable PCIBank as originator for their CTS Financing programs. CHMI has originated more than PhP3 Billion worth of accounts for its three banking principals.
